A quiet morning

When the world is still and calm

Resting peacefully

once a space to float

now the beach has reappeared

with lounging driftwood

[Ian] Meters of Snow

midwest winter scene

these meters are set up for

snowmobile parking

tall though he may be

just the same he finds that he

is dwarfed by a tree

[Amy] Layers

like a shuffled deck
one on top of another
layers intertwined

[Ian] Golden Rider

motorbike rider
emerges from early sun

feeling so alive

[Amy] Sunflower

Indian summer

competes the colors of fall

blooms brightly once more

[Ian]Shadow Boxing

a lightweight, perhaps?
